Subscription plans are billed monthly via our payment processor (Stripe). Charges renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.

By providing your mobile number and opting in (e.g., checking the SMS consent box on a form on this site), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Blackstone Growth Partners, including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers about our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackstone Growth Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blackstone Growth Partners from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
